Well, this one guy is so bad, he gets his own webpage!

Dear, dear, Mr. Roop. I want to strangle him. Basically, the first time he ordered, he called up to complain that his pizza was cold and that the driver was 'late'. Drivers can never be late unless we give them a promise time, but of course we don't because we aren't Pizza Hut!

So anyways, I apologized and gave him a free pizza in return, and he seemed satisfied. Did I mention he didn't tip the driver that first time? So anyways, Mr. Roop calls back a few days later to get his free pizza. I make it, Jason delivers it, Mr. Roop calls up AGAIN saying his pizza was cold and it was 'late'. Against my better judgement, I gave him yet another free pizza and apologized. And again, he seemed satisfied. There was no tip here either.

When he calls up a few days later after that, we decide to let the new guy to deliver to Mr. Roop ;) So I make the pizza, and send it out with the new guy. This time, I did NOT quote a delivery time to Mr. Roop. Delivery new guy comes back with a three dollar tip, and Mr. Roop had said to him 'finally, a driver who gets here on time!' Quite odd considering I didn't quote Mr. Roop a delivery time, eh???

So then Mr. Roop decides to order again about a week later. No problem in taking the order. A guy named Dan took it at our store. I made the pizza, he was my closing driver so he delivered it to Mr. Roop. Mr. Roop calls up to complain (oh my not that) again. He talks to Dan. Mr. Roop decided that Dan was being 'rude' to him, so he demands the corporate number blah blah blah.

What happened was the owner, Tim, got basically a digital 'slap' on the hands and was told to give Mr. Roop another free pizza.

The last time Mr. Roop ordered was when the OWNER of the store was closing. This guy is the OWNER, keep in mind. Normal order taking with Mr. Roop. Thats about all I know. For some reason Mr. Roop complained about service to Tim and so Tim decided to send him a gift certificate in the mail.

One of my last days at work, Mr. Roop calls up to complain. Not a surprise to me. The gift certificate that was sent to him was for fifty percent off his next order. He asked "Does this mean I get a free pizza?" I hung up on him, when he said to me The guy I was talking to last night when I ordered was extremely rude to me, I want him fired. I laughed my arse off and told him I can't fire the owner, and besides, the owner is never rude to customers!

We, at the three big pizza places, use computers. They hold all your information. Respect us and we'll respect you. If you piss us off with this sort of crap, enjoy the free gay porn I send to your house!
