People who pay with bags of change should not be ordering pizza. The driver needs to get back to the store to deliver more runs to make more money. He does not have the time to count out $13 in quarters.

Some customers call up our Domino's and say (before I even get their phone numbers, of course) "Hi, I'd like a stuffed crust pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom pizza, and put parmesan cheese on the crust, and i'd like an order of crazy bread." Lets analyze this. Stuffed crust is Pizza Hut, I don't know *who* puts parmesan cheese on the crust, and crazy bread is from Little Ceasars.

People actually think they ordered from Pizza Hut sometimes, as stated on who their checks are made out to after the driver gets back to the store. We all laugh very much at the customer. Luckily the bank knows whats going on and accepts the check.

There are people who complain they don't get a "repeater eater" card when they order delivery. It says right on the card for carry-out only. Don't call up the store, spend your valuable time learning to read.

And yes, you need 10 cards to get a free pizza. Not 7 cards, and one of the pizza box stickers with the "cpn: 3" circled many many times. "cp: 3" means its a shortcut coupon code we put into the computer to make your pizza the $4.29 medium one topping for VU students.

I hate when people tell the driver they will "get them next time" with the tip because they don't have enough money at the present time. They almost NEVER get the driver next time. Don't waste our time.

I absolutely hate when VU students come in after we are closed (especially, like, an hour after close) and ask for a pizza. No, we don't make pizza after we are closed. No, we don't have any free pizza to give you. On the off chance that we DO have a pizza, it is most likely 8 hours old, and quite disgusting. You'll get sick.

March 19, 2003 Tuesday is our slowest day, even with VU students back from being on break. We basically closed the store down at 10:30 pm instead of 12:00 am because there was hardly any business for three hours straight (imagine, 4 orders in that span of time, all VU student orders, who get half off their pizza). So we had everything done and were going to be leaving the store, when the phone rang at 11:37 pm. I picked it up to let whoever was there know that we were closed (some people actually keep calling, even though if you get the voice mail, it says we are closed), you know, to be a nice person? It was a college student, and basically he had a hissy fit.

I had told him we were closed and he asked "Aren't you supposed to be open until 12?" and I repeated most of the above paragraph to him. He then went on to be shitty and say stuff like "Well why can't you stick to your hours of business, blah blah." Then he asked if we could run a pizza over to him. I said no, the store was totally clean and we would expect a good tip from something like that. He then said he'd have to talk to a manager tomarrow. I told him I was the manager but he would be more than welcome to talk to the owner tomarrow, who had authorized us to close that early anyways (I AM the manager, after all, I know when business is going to keep sucking...). I jut basically hung up on him, I wanted to go home.
