I hate when people order, and don't know their own address. I had one lady not only not know her own address, but she called up multiple times saying "Oh, its not apartment 2, its apartment 1." Unfortunetly, the driver could not find her apartment building. He came back and we tried to call her...The phone number she gave was wrong. So I waited for her to call back, and she did. She then gave bad directions again. This happened two times more. Her waiting time was tripled - about two hours because of her stupidity. I must commend her, though. When she *finally* explained where she lived correctly, and the driver *finally* got there (I remade her pizza, and she got it free, because she was yelling over the phone) she did give Jason (the driver) a three dollar tip.

When I get calls from groups of people, or people at a party, they always seem to find the least competant person to order. For starters, they don't know the phone number in which they are calling. Then, they don't know the address. And then they ask everyone what they want - they don't decide beforehand! This really makes me angry, because it makes be me on the phone ten more minutes that it would take if they had just figured their order out before they called.

I hate when drivers come back to the store with a customer's order, because they weren't home. Some people actually believe that they can have the time to go to the store, and the driver is going to wait for them to come home, or that they will beat the driver there. Or, they call on a cell phone on their way home from work, and think they will beat the driver there. I usually tell people they must now come and pick it up, because they will have to wait until 45 minutes because there are other deliveries up. Thats annoying.

People who do not know what "carry-out" means. Carry-out means the same as pick-up - you come and get the pizza yourself. I've had people order "carry-out" when I asked them if they wanted "delivery or carry-out?" -- and they call up an hour later asking where their pizza is! They thought carry-out meant we would "carry it out" to them. Now, if that was the case, why in the world would I ask if they wanted "delivery or delivery?" ...

When I tell someone "your order will be out there in about 45 minutes" what that means is, I am guesstimating a drive time of 45 minutes, however, that means it could be 30 minutes earlier, or 30 minutes later, too. This time is not meant to be considered an exact time. You shouldn't worry about your order unless its 30 minutes late.

Going with the above statement, I hate when people call up at the 40 minute mark and say "Where is my pizza?? Its been over an hour!" Our computers show what time you ordered at, prick. I tell them the time they ordered and how long I quoted them. I then proceed to tell them the driver is on his way.

People who use their children, however cute they seem on the phone, irk me. They use them as a "middle man" and are telling them everything to say, but they for some reason cannot be on the phone themselves.

There are some people who just seem to have their heads up their ass. Like I took a delivery for someone who is out of our area (technically, we refuse to go to places out of our area, because well, Domino's makes the boundry, not us). Sometimes mistakes happen though, and they aren't far out of the area, so the driver is super nice and says they will take it. However, when the customer only gives them a 17 cent tip for a 10 mile round trip - the driver comes back to the store and yell. I do not need that! We then never go there again.
