07/12/2007: "Exercising? Not yet, but soon. Eating better? Oh yes!"
While I am not going to elaborate much at this time since I ought to be getting ready for work, I will post this: I'm down to 142 lbs. I've only had fast food three times in the past four weeks now -- and felt like crap each time I ate it! Heh. Anyways, me and the boyfriend have started eating healthier. We finally got a refrigerator in his apartment, and I've dropped a few more pounds. I've also started eating smaller portions, eating only when hungry and stopping when I feel full. Now, I still eat some junk -- I can't seem to give up Doritos and Diet Coke...But something I'm doing is working, so I'm sticking to it.
I will also begin another 30 days of working out as well soon here. I'll keep you posted with updates! I'm excited. The previous 30 days I didn't change the way I ate.
