04/10/2007: "28th Day"
Its been a few days since I updated, and for anyone actually following this little experiment of mine, I do apologize. I did in fact do my 28th day of exercise on time -- and completed the book. I have since given the book to my bf to try hehe.
28th day: biceps and triceps
Power Dips: 3 sets/10 reps (twice each, with either leg held up with only the other leg supporting...Yeah, this one was rough...But it felt good being able to do it)
Lunges with Curls: 3 sets/10 reps 3 lb weights
30 Crunches
This set was really good...Made me sweat! But I hurt nearly three days afterword, so I didn't exercise after that. Especially the insides of my thighs and my upper arms of course, it was like a full body workout. And then I went to work for three days...And on the second day, my train was cancelled going to Kansas City because there was a UP derailment. So I basically did a lot of reading when I was there (thank goodness I bring a lot of books to read on my trips...
I'll start another monthly exercise "experiment" perhaps on the 15th though, or at least whenever Zero gets a decent refrigerator
I've read one of the "Abs Diet" books, and its not really a diet. I also read this "Clean Eating" book, and the authors of these books are of the same mind: nutritional eating without dieting. I mean it makes sense to me! lol. I'm going to do that once we have some place to store more than a few refrigerated items.
