04/03/2007: "27th Day"
Here it is, the 27th day workout. Just one day away from the "28 days" this book has set to be the last day of working out -- but I'm going for 30 of course.
Shoulders and waistline
Power Press (strong shoulders): 3 sets/10 reps (3 lb weights)
Static Power Pushups: 3 sets/4 reps (quite demanding!)
Leg/torso stretch
10 oblique crunches both sides, 20 crunches (both sides at same time)
After I was all woken up, exercised, and showered I went and bought food for me and Zero at Subway since he's working at the gun range today. I dont' know what it was, but after being there for about 10 minutes the skin on my left arm, then my right, followed by my shoulders and my knees (WEIRD!) became quite hot and soemwhat itchy. I think it was caused by something in the air there. Never had THAT happen before!
