Yes, sorry but I never got around to posting my exercises yesterday -- but I DID do them ![]()
Day 14 (yesterday) Nice Legs, Tight Buttocks (lawls)
"Sumo" knee bends (hehe): 3 sets/15 reps with 5 lbs. free weights
Hip Extensor Kicks: 3 sets/15 reps (hard for me!)
Stretch: Hamstring Extension
Day 15 (today) Attractive Shoulders and a Trim Waistline
Shoulder Rotations: 3 sets/10 reps with 5 lb free weights (very hard to do 10)
Hand to Foot Knee Bends: 3 sets/10 reps
Belly Tightener stretch
Why am I doing this again? I want to be healthy. If I lose weight, or tone down, or a mixture of the both, I'd be happy. I know after these 30 days I'll most likely want to continue exercising. I'm just so amazed that this way of thinking (30 days and no more) has motivated me to do exercises!
