03/18/2007: "13th day"
13th day of exercises. I did today what I should have done yesterday (but I was at the hotel for work yesterday).
Biceps, triceps
Concentration curls: 3 sets/15 reps
Chair dips: 3 sets/9 (at most) reps
triceps extension
It feels as though my right bicep did a lot more work, and my wrists hurt from the dips. XD I could only do 6 at east set of dips, the last set I was able to do 9. Those are hard! But not as bad as pushups I guess haha...
