03/17/2007: "12th day"
This day actually called for biceps and tricep exercises, but I'm at the hotel in St. Louis for work, so I skipped to a previous day to do leg & butt exercises (since they don't call for free weights! I'm so not packing those for my work trips lawls).
Nice Legs - Tight Buttocks
Sitting Leg Kicks: 3 sets/15 reps
Butt Lift: 3 sets/15 reps
Quadriceps stretch
Weird, I'm almost halfway through the month now! I've never worked out so much in my life before this. Its crazy!
Now I've got to get ready for work XD
