Shoulders & waist
Frontal Raises: 3 sets/15 reps 3lb free weight
Lateral Bends: 3 sets/15 reps 3lb free weight
"Preventing a stiff neck" stretch
I had done 20 crunches (10 front and 10 back) when I realized that the lateral bends worked my abs (which was why I was hurting more than usual, lols) so I didn't do any more crunches today.
Got on the scale this morning and it said I was 147 lbs :\ I'm hoping that is just because of my period, tmi sorry but *shrugs*
