10 days down, just 20 more to go. Seems like a lot...But then again, it doesn't either.
Chest & Back
"Office" push-ups: 3 sets/10 reps (inclined against a table)
Inclined rowing (sitting position): 3 sets/10 reps 3 lb. weights
Standing chest stretch
60 crunches total
My writs rather hurt from the pushups, but I expect that is normal when you aren't used to doing them. I was able to do about 7 in a row before I had to take a break each set. I think thats pretty good lawls.
