03/13/2007: "8th day"
I woke up originally around 8:30am, but I kept turning the alarm on my [new] phone off. But hey, at least I know the alarm will wake me up -- seeing as though I use my phone alarm when I'm on the road to wake up.
Finished my 8th day of exercising. They were exercises for my biceps and triceps. Arm lifts (3 sets of 15 reps) and standing back kicks (3 sets of 10 reps), along with biceps and wrist flexor extensions for the stretch. And of course the obligatory crunches/reverse crunches
3 sets of 10 reps each.
