03/07/2007: "Day 2"
So I woke at my normal time for this work day (6 am) and did my exercises. Whoopedy do, two days in a row
The question is, will I stick with it? I hope so. It's more than I've done in a long time.
I did two sets of pushups, not regular pushups but something like incline-pushups while holding onto a table. They were still hard for me! Also something called "hands and knees" hehe. Its where you lift your left arm and right lefter simultaneously and then bring them back to touch the elbow and knee, and the opposite of course as well. I also added in crunches for good measure, haha. Rather proud of myself for actually doing the exercises.
