I get so mad when I call up a place for technical support, and the guys can't speak English without a thick accent that I can barely understand them! Honestly! I can understand companies wanting to save money by outsourcing (although I do NOT agree with it!) but damn, at least get people who can pretend to sound like they're from the USA. For whatever reason, my wireless internet router decided to stop connecting to the internet (I could connect my computer directly to the cable modem no problem and get on the internet though) so I had been calling comcast and then whoever does the support for Linksys routers. It was a nightmare XD I pretty much just apologized to the person on the other end and hung up, since there was no point in wasting time.
My boyfriend ended up solving the problem when I called him...And he doesn't know much about computers! Ah well.
I can't wait to be out of this apartment, I'll save so much money. Then again, I can't wait to become a Marine, either.
